Deneen Pottery is the premier producer of custom handmade logo stoneware. We are a family business that was started in 1972 by Peter and Mary Deneen in the Lowertown of St. Paul. Today we occupy over 8000 square feet and employ 30 skilled craftspeople. Peter and Mary’s son Niles Deneen and his wife Annie are beginning to take the reins and mark the start of the second generation of Deneen Pottery.

Our simple goal is to provide exceptional, handcrafted, stoneware for our clients.

This is an exciting time and for our company and we are so very pleased to be manufacturing handmade stoneware in the USA. We’re proud to carry forward a long tradition of hand-thrown stoneware designs that meet your needs today, based on shapes and functions hundreds of years in the making. While every piece is almost identical, each one is individually created so that no two are exactly alike.

All stoneware is lead free and food safe. Our glaze kiln fires to 2100F making each piece safe for the microwave, dishwasher, oven, and freezer.
